Well it has been a busy summer.  Not sure what we did but it is nearly over.  Didn't get to do much camping.  The weather here has been very un-summerlike. 

Tried to do different things with the kids so that the summer wasn't boring and uneventful for them.  I am sure they are tired of sleeping in by now.  Ha Ha. Both the kids have literally grown like weeds too.  So a whole raft of school clothes to buy.     

Did a lot of work in the garden and on our wonderful new deck.  Between bugs and cool weather haven't enjoyed the deck much though.

Really enjoyed the one camping trip we did to Bob's Lake.  Wish we had gone sooner. 

Boating is something else we haven't done much of - we are only surrounded by lakes in every direction and all within two hours.  Can't seem to catch any fish either when we have gone out.

Went to Kempenfest and other summer fairs.  Visited friends and had friends visit.  Missed a wedding but - couldn't be helped.
