I really believe staying in good physical condition and having something in the tank are vital during rough times. I've been through periods of never ending pain. The kind that drives you insane. I knicked in in time and got relieve but I watched my dad yield to its uglyness with his dignity. I use the memories of those sleepless nights for motivational fixes on the track.
