Yes, theres one large one , and one small one mounted on the trunk.
The large one is for the VHF Towers , and the small one is for UHF ( BELOW ) portable radios.
The very neat thing is that the OPP have a repeater in the trunk of the crusier, and the portable is able to speak up to 5 miles away from the car on very low power. This enables officers to leave the confines of limited radio coverage and pursue persons on foot, and still keep in direct contact with the Comm Center ( Located In North bay ) and other officers on the same beat.
