(see Section 1. A.iii entitled Scope: Purpose: inconsistancy of regulations.) Since neither of the two concurrent philosophies of governence are in any way contradictory, or self nullifying, it is obvious to the most casual observer that our rules concurring with our charter is a violation of both; having, we agree, the dubious characteristic of being redundant. But mere redundancy does not adequately fulfill the obligations in the above quoted section. Although a case could be made if it were redundant again, it isn't and simply remains, in a word, redundant. And, therefore, patently illegal, un-lawful, immoral and fattening. We would like to take this time to remind the in-mates that 1.A.iii states in part: No Alt5er may ever, at any time, not once, do anything mandatory. No Alt5er may ever, at any time, not once, do anything that is not voluntary, or not, depending on (put third person singular pronoun of whichever gender preferred) personal proclivities. In accordance with Roberts Rules of Order the soloution to this dilemma is to confound it. Therefore it is resolved that Dutro's Dictum shall be and hereafter is the controlling factor that shall never be used to adjudicate any pleading of any unit, sect, faction, group or mob; but is certainly in effect except where void unless it is nullified by being approved by a minority of the inmates wherein the several instances of un-mitigated uniformity shall be abridged and herinunder called Fred.
